We are RTI warriors, form-fillers, deadline-chasers, and professional thorns in the side of every department that treats silence as a response. We train citizens to navigate government portals, challenge illegal delays, escalate to appellate authorities, and document every instance of institutional indifference. The system runs on paper — and we have read every page.

Operation: RTI Cascade

ORIGIN LORE
The Administrative Sena was born in a queue. Its founder spent 11 hours in a government office trying to get a death certificate for her mother. She was told to come back three times before someone admitted the form had changed. She came back the fourth time with 40 other people and a lawyer. The AWC has operated on that energy ever since.
