The Cyber Sena was born in a 72-hour internet shutdown during which its founders discovered that the government had accidentally left a ministry portal unsecured. They did not exploit it. They filed an RTI. They got a response six months later thanking them for 'raising awareness'. They have been raising awareness ever since, somewhat more loudly.
